Saving a filatoon image

How do I save a filatoon image?  I thought I saved the image but I go to folder location and nothing is there.  I must be doing something wrong.

How am I supposed to save the filatoon image?

    Select Viewport for the Render Engine in Render Setting, then save the file.

    There is also File>Save Last Draw

    Here is a quick save of Aiko 9.

    I was having difficulties finding any enviroment products until I found out I had Genesis 9 still selected.
