No Bloom Settings, No Alpha Settings

I was playing around with the bloom filter when I realized this would be useful for some other image I was working on.

But when I loaded the other file the bloom filter was missing. Also the Firefly Filter and what it seems to complete Alpha settings.

I am trying to figure out what settings is resposible for these other settings to disappear. But no luck so far.

I have lights in the scene, a camera with depth of field but it must be something else.
