I assume this is just on my end and doesn't affect others. Right? I wouldn't be surprised if Comcast has put up another flirewall block on it because they think it's a virus or something (They've done that to block access to certain ubuntu package sites...so tired of having one whole option for internet). But, before I deal with bozo land, I figured I would double check here to see if anyone else is having trouble. Basically, I purchased the nature bundle and one other item yesterday and nothing has appeared. I had made a large purchase the day before and that all worked fine, so it's a relatively new issue. I had this happen once, but it was on a very large order (and took about 48 hours to for the items to show up)

Does anyone know how to redownload DIM? When I look at the logs, it has a ton of errors associated with DAZ Connect, so I am assuming that mine is an older version.
Most of the time the products don't automatically show up in DIM for me. Of course, I'm not patient. I buy something and then go to install it. What I usually do is open DIM and then I go to my order page and then click on VIEW to look at my latest order. There are columns for manual install and for DIM on the order page. I click on the buttons under the DIM column. I think they say DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL. (I click on them one at a time, if there is more than one item in the order. Actually, I think that just clicking on the first one brings the entire order in.) When I switch back to DIM, all my new items are listed and I install them. If your order shows the SKU number, you can also type that into the search bar in DIM>
So, I played around with the filters, and managed to download some 32 bit stuff, so it's not comcast. I guess DAZ' databases are just reacting more slowly this time than usual. I'll wait to see if the OBJ files for the two stone mason items appear tomorrow, and if not, submit a ticket. I downloaded the stuff I wanted and dropped it into the DIM directory and was able to install it that way without a problem. Just a little extra effort. My purchases usually show up right away. This is very unusual for me.
