"Duplicate formulas found in file" when loading G3F figures from Smart Content

I've been getting an error message when loading a G3F figure (Eva 7, Victoria 7, Olympia 7, Isabella 7 etc etc) from the Smart Content tab.

See screenshot attached for full message.

I've checked the log file, and the last of it has a LOT of entries that read like this:

All my product has been installed via Connect in DS. Can anyone shed any light on why I'm getting this error message? The figure does load and it loads perfectly fine and I can use it as normal. Just wondering why I'm getting this message.

I've noticed in the last several months a tendency toward this sort of error in DAZ (particularly Genesis 3) characters. It seems to be a bug during content creation, and I can't imagine how it gets past QA. You could edit the .dsf directly, but I'm not sure how that might affect Connect. Outside of the aforementioned editing, your only recourse is a bug report to DAZ.

Thanks Esemwy. I never had it happen before - it was only after I wiped all my content, and then reinstalled everything via Connect only, and loading stuff from the Smart Content tab only that I've seen it happen.

I don't understand what the "duplicate formula found linking...." error means at all - no idea. LOL. I might send in a bug report tomorrow and see if it can be resolved.

I have it happen, I *think* it started after I installed a 3rd party (from 'rosity) G3F figure.  I contacted the PA theer and was told 'nothing they could do'.  It's annoying but it does not seem to have any impact.

I used to have that error all the time when I installed all my content manually. I think it means that some of those female morphs are installed in more than 1 location in your libraries. When I got the error, I used to search for one of the file names, but I never could find more than one location. I even contacted support, but they said it really wasn't an issue since it didn't hurt anything.

When I got a new machine, I used the DIM to install everything and I have not seen that error since. For recent stuff I have used Connect.

I know they say that you can use Connect to install everything, but I'm not sure that is strictly true. I know some people where having trouble with the script that transfers M4 textures to Genesis 2. I on the other hand was not. Their content was installed via Connect. Mine was installed via DIM. The problem I believe was that the script was looking for items where DIM installed them. It didn't know about the Connect locations. I'm hoping newer scripts will look in both places.

I've seen them in characters from both DAZ and Renderosity. The DAZ products have all been fixed eventually, but I've had Rendo artists tell me to just ignore the messages/popup as if it wasn't an actual error. When I actually get the popup as opposed to just logged messages, I end up editing the .dsf file where I'll find obvious duplicate sections. A number of times, I've found multiple empty morphs causing the problem.

Nevermind. I confused the "duplicate IDs" and "duplicate formulas" problems.
