Filter Of Context Not Working & Downloads Not Working

my filter of context is not filetering when I select any figures, so what must I do to fix it. 

 

also some products I recently purchased aren't downloading through DIM or manually

so what must I do to fix that as well.

    Regarding filtering, have you ticked "Filter by context"?

    Regarding DIM: do you have the relevant downloads criterias for seeing it? Try to give an example of a product.

    One product is the Holy Quest Outfit For Genesis 8 Female.

    Regarding filtering: Is it one character type (e.g. Genesis 8 female) or all. If one something might have highjacket the comptability. If so try to reinstall the base character (Essentials).

    Regarding DIM: what does it look like if you go to your Product Library for that product?

    It's genesis, genesis 8 male, and the African elephant figure from Deep Sea so far. 
     

    as for DIM, all the products are there. I could try to manually download them from there again, but I don't have high hopes for it.
