I don't remember how I did this. Please help.

I created this skin tone by accident. I tried recreating it but I can't seem to be able to get the dot skin shade AND the lines for the shadows. I can do one or the other but I can't figure out how I did both together. Can someone offer some suggestions?

I'm guessing you clicked on one of the mixed presets. My advice, just keep experiementing until you find it again.
