GENESIS 9 SUDDENLY CORRUPTED

Hi everybody,

The is a MAYDAY message : all what OK two days ago and for no apparent reasons today genesis 9 iscompletly corrupted, meaniong that any of th echaracters that I have bought in the pas are not usable anymore.
Here's how Genesis 9 looks kie when I load it (see attached - I absolutly done nothing on it)
I've already done the full check to see if any cursor would be enable and creating this isssue : NADA !

All the work that I've done is going to trash....

Any help you be much appreciated !

    Click on the parameters tab and then click on "currently used." You should see a recently installed character that is not zeroed. Easiest way to fix it is to uninstall that character. You can then submit a ticket that it is not zeroed and needs to be updated.

    Based on this other thread, it seems that the Premier character associated with Sigrid defaults to on: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/757596/i-m-having-the-breast-day-ever

    As a premier character with encrypted files, you cannot update her files yourself, so your only option to get her fixed is to uninstall her and put in a ticket.
