Cannot find the download for the Daz to Cinema 4D Bridge. Has it been canceled?

Nobody posted in here for a while. Have users given up on this c4d bridge?

https://www.daz3d.com/daz-to-cinema-4d-bridge seems to still have a store page, which lists install methods (not including manual).

No install is working.
Install manager can't even show the installed files.
EDIT:
Had to install it from the zip file by hand, downloaded by the install manager.
