Its all gone wrong.AGAIN!!!

Hi and yet again I am left questioning my sanity... I am having a problem with parameters in DS. Probably something obvious but it has me stumped so any advice would be great. With G8F installed and selected I enter the parameters tab to edit the character. Normally when I do this and enter actor then full body I gat a list of the whole body and can select various parts to edit via the window that pops up of the right. For some reason the only way I can find to perform this function at present is by selecting say full body, then real world which allows me to edit various body parts. Nothing appears in the right hand window which has me mystified. Any solutions ?

I am not folowing your description, but one thing that may stop you seeing as many parameters as you expect is having Show Sub Items unchecked at bottom-left of the Parameters pane.

    Thank you Richard

I forgot to include a SS which might help explain my problem. So to edit the figure I go to parameters and select actor and then full body ( or any other part ) and prior to this problem the window to the right woulld open and allow me access to the whole figure. Now when select actor I get nothing in the window to the right as shown in the second SS until i select full body and real world which then allows me to edit the figure in various stages.

Yes, it is what I suspected - you need to check Show Sub Items at bottom-left of the pane, otherwise it shows only the properties in the currently selected group and not its children.

That did the trick. Thank you Richard

I/m having the same issues with the surfaces tab. WThell is the program insisting on turning off show subitems now?

It isn't, either you are or something is messing up your settings (though I think on is the default).
