I can't seem to edit my thumbnail? [Site specific]

I uploaded a new profile picture but I wanted to adjust it. It's telling me to click and drag but all that does is drag the picture itself and gives me a NO symbol. 

Is this a glitch right now with the site or is it just me? I tried two different browsers

    I think you're meant to drag the edited image into the appropriate spot, rather than edit the image in situ. You just replace the existing image with the revised image in the same way as you added the first one.

    Embarassingly, to prove what I said above, I tried to update my image with one bigger than the 80x80 I've used since I joined and.. I can't find the spot. So, possibly take what I said with a pinch of salt.

    OK. The edit thumbnail really doesn't work. Edit the thumbnail on your machine, save, then upload as if a new one.
