a good handwritten to editable text for win 11

I am looking for a good free software to convert handwritting to edible text. I have windows 11.

I am not at my computer so I can't look it up at this moment. Also my iPad is about to turn off.

Do they make printers that wll output icing or almond paste onto rice paper?

It is now editable instead of edible
