Daz Connect Library & Microsoft 365

I'm using Daz since 2015 and my library has grown. When I set up my current computer, I installed the content through Daz connect.

Wasn't an issue until I cancelled my Microsoft 365 subscription. Suddenly, I was 300 % over storage.

How do other users deal with this?

Install a secondary disk to hold the content.

And if a laptop, an external disk.

And after getting the second disk, copy the content to the new disk, and change the location in Daz Studio Edit > Preferences > Content > Content Directory Manager.

  • Don't use OneDrive as a location for installing content - the free version is very limited in space (which it shares with the associated email, so when it is full you won't be able to receive mail to that account).

I have a couple 8TB external gaming drives. That seems to help.

Thank you all for the replies.

I store my content on external drives mostly, but some items, mostly conversion scripts, seem to require the default installation path to work properly.
