Why Do None Of The Coupon Codes Work?

Am I the only one who keeps having repeated issues with getting any of the coupon codes on the store site to work? Whenever I try to use them, it's exceedingly rare that one actually functions. This even includes the monthly coupon codes I get for being a Daz+ member.
It's serously making me wonder if I'll renew my Daz+ membership.

    They usually work for me. The best solution is to post your basket and the coupon you are trying to use as there is often some ineligable items/combo that will be tripping things up and leading to the code being classed as not applicable.

    This is a constant issue. Today the HOP-TO-IT isn't working already. Will try later in the day. But that is usually even more likely when they will fail. Disappointing waste of time.

    Which bit isn't working? It was fixed a couple of hours ago, and seemed to test correctly.

    None of the monthly coupons for my Daz+ membership work...again...no matter what supposedly eligible items I put in my cart. It's very rare that I get one of the promo coupon codes to work. You'd think they'd have this sorted by now.

     so they don't get overlooked. We actively monitor the sales thread. By regular sales coupons, can you please be more specific and put this in the above thread when you respond?

    If I use the $6 off anything Daz Originals monthly coupon, it doesn't work. If I try the other monthly coupon, it doesn't work. For anything.

    6 off Daz originals work on Daz Originals, excluding Daz+ and products in Outlet and Quickgrab.

    6 off 18 works non-new products,excluding fixed price products like Outlet and Quickgrab.

    What are you trying to buy with which coupon. Try to show a screenshot of your cart.

    And you need at least 18$ of non-new items in your cart (after discount and tokens, and before taxes).

    i Have trouble with coupons as well. After three tries, I just give up. I realize that some items aren't eligible, but the store-wide stuff or the daily coupons shouldn't trip me up.
