My particular run-in with the Genesis 2 Figure shifting bug
Hello! I'm having issues with a rather unique instance of the Genesis 2 Figure shifting bug in Daz Studio. Here are the particulars of my encounter(s):
1.) The bug only triggers when a scene is loaded;
2.) It only affects a scene with multiple Genesis 2 figures- a single Genesis 2 figure in the scene is never affected;
3.) In a scene where multiple Genesis 2 figures are loaded, the first Genesis 2 figure in the scene hierarchy is never affected;
4.) Whenever the bug is triggered, applying a shaping preset for the corresponding figure immediately fixes the problem.
Is there a workaround to the Genesis 2 shifting bug that *doesn't* involve the application of a preset of some kind? FYI, I'm running a rig that includes an RTX 5090 GPU, therefore I need Daz 2025 to actually render scenes now. That also precludes the possibility of preset applications as Daz 2025 doesn't work with older scripts and presets (I actually use Daz 4.24 for that purpose). I really hope the answer isn't "zero-translate the hip node of your figures" as about 90 percent of my pose presets involve some form of hip node translations, and of those, about 75 percent involve some form of root node rotation which makes calculations of the correct positioning for the figure within a scene tedious and difficult. So any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, ay current only few scripts work in DS6. It is expected to change when DS6 reaches beta stage, so it is stable, but still dependant on how the individual PAs see it. And some are no longer active. You can prepare your scene in DS4 and render in DS6.
But I haven't understood what the bug actually is.
