Favorites

In the new scene tab, there is templates, recent, and favorites. I have been using recent, but I have a base scene setup that I would like to have in favorites. But when I right click on the scene and clock add to favorites, it does not show up. Is there another way to get it there. It's not a huge issue as I usually just merge it into a scene or start with that, but that means scrolling to find it. It would much easier if I could use that tab. But how?
