It's got a bit of a SWAM look to it, but I didn't see any obvious matches in their store. Do you know which generation of Genesis character it is?
The model is G8F but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a G8F hair.
Have you tried contacting the PA that is selling the model the image is from? There is a contact button right there on the page on that other store. They may not answer but it's worth a shot.
