DIM Nightmare; How do you properly filter all those Ps files out?

I’m currently facing a bit of a data management nightmare and could use some help. I have a library of over 3,200 items, and I’m trying to do a clean install on a dedicated 1.8 TB SSD. The problem is the metadata. Even with the "Download Filters" set to only allow Daz Studio 4 my "Ready to Download" list is absolutely cluttered with Poser Files (Ps) and StudioCF that are tagged as Daz Studio 4.5. I’m trying to avoid manually clicking through 3,000+ items just to uncheck Poser Files etc. Any tips on how to "clean" a large queue would be a lifesaver.

Use the filter box in DIM, enter PS and hide all the packages that have the PS notation. I also filter for CF and hide those packages. If you have CF and PS packages installed, you can use the filters to find and delete them. Then hide them in Ready to Download. This way, you will only ever see those packages when you check Show Hidden. Naturally, with the filter on, check the products box to select all the items in the filtered queue, right-click on a product name and check hide packages -> All Selected. Does that help?
Thanks for the tip! I will let you know as soon as I can apply your method. I am now downloading everything with "Genesis" in the name and that is going to take awhile. I figured anything with genesis in the name is something I definitely want in my library.
Please keep in mind that both base Genesis and Genesis 2 items have Poser compatible versions that may also download with the Genesis filter keyword.
The problem with this is some of the older environments and props you have might be in poser format only. This might remove things you have that don't have Daz specific files.
Yes, I agree.
Not the most helpful with resources that are already installed, but I hide the PS packages before installing them IF there's a corresponding package without the PS suffix.
I don't hide CFs as I've noticed that without them on some products, you may still get an installation of the product files but they may not always display in Studio's smart content. I recently installed a product where most of the files DID appear in smart content, but without the CF package installed a couple of resource files pointing to some props were misssing from the product in smart content. For clarity, when I say smart content, I mean in the lost and found category. I don't think CFs are necessarily creating smart content, but they be adding resource loaders compatiable with Daz that are visible to the smart content panes.
You shouldn't delete the StudioCF files, since those are used specifically to make Poser content work properly in Studio. You do want to remove the PoserCF though, since those do exactly the same thing the other way round, so are not necessary for Daz Studio.
I removed all cf files a long time ago and don't install any now. I have noticed no problems with that. I do not use smart content in DS, so maybe that's a compatibility issue for people that use smart content. In any case, the OP asked about getting rid of all poser content. I answered about that.
Just be careful of what you do to the Poser files, the older ones have geometry that is needed for the .ds files to work, or if the Daz files were updated, the older add-on materials may not have been because the PA is not with DAZ and so their files look for the geometry in the Poser files, not the updated Daz .duf files. This is common for old PC+ products.
There are old DS products that use the .daz format, and they are not ds6 compatible. Also converting .daz content to .duf has its own challenges - I've messed with that a little bit, but it's a different topic.
For folks find this thread later, this is what I ended up doing and it worked well.
Filter all packages on " Ps" in the filter text box and select them all. Then right-click on the selected items and select "Invert Selection".
