A script to keyframe everything in a selected range?

Hoping something exists out there that could save me what I realize is quite a bit of busywork, essentially what I want is the ability to just set keyframes across an entire range.

So, for example, in my image on the left I have a sphere going up and down cause of three keyframes, I would like a script that with push button operation would allow me to set all 30 keyframes in one go. 

Does anyone know of something like this?
