Armpit stubble
I find that the skin mat's for gensis 8, 8.1, & 9 females never look realistic in [Armpit stubble] this area. You can either have full pit hair assets, our smooth with no hair folicles. Is there an asset that has short ampit stubble, or folicle hair?

It's primarily for male characters, obviously, but there is a full female preset as well as an armpit hair kit which ranges from regrowth stubble to 'I lost my shaver in 1985'. It's great for adding a more natural look.
Quite a few, actually, though most are by artists who speicalize in things that DAZ didn't sell until recently. Two really great resources are: 1.) Exnem over at Renderosity, who has two really nice sets for G3F and G8F/G8.1, the Exnem Body Hair system, composed of multiple seperate pieces that, when combined, combined cover all of the body except the head, which happen to be on sale as of this posting for a very reasonable $7.00 each, and 2.) over at Renderotica the vendor Lightblue has over twenty different sets of female body hair, including multiple full body sets in varying proliferation ranges from light vellus to full on body fur. Needless to say, there's also a lot of selection for male armpit hair and you'll find that most of it will auto-fit pretty well to the female figures. Another bit of food for thought: SF-DEsign used to have some really usefull LIE based sets of just armpit hair that I found incredibly useful for situations where poke-through was an issue, but they've unfortunately stopped selling at Rotica now while their Renderosity store has been really pruned back (pardon the accidental pun), but as SF-Design is still selling products, they may be still selling them at another store. Of course, what this this does bring up is the other option that's pretty simple if a 2D hair is workable for you, which is to just just paint a little stubble or slicked down onto the armipit areas of a duplicate copy of the base torso texture for your character and then swap that modified texture out for the default one. I used to do that all the time back in the day, and still frequently have to perform the inverse process of painting out offending body hair on a texture that didn't come with a clean version. Photoshop is your friend.
