Skin builder directory incorrect

I'm trying to build a skin but it keeps saying the files it just made are missing. It's not in the directory of the custom skins. They appear in the temp file and disappear later. For some reason it just won't use its directory. I looked in preferences and I didn't see anything to change it. I don't know what to do
