Top Tier Sale Confusion

If you pick 3 items then hit the link to those that count as the 30 options for 2.99, only like 3 of those apply.

 

How do you know which ones go to which if the links don't work? Like the neck shawl didn't drop to 2.99. The princess stuff either.

The link on Top Tier will link to the three new releases you need to buy to get access to the 30 for 2.99 each offer, an offer that has no impact on New releases.

From what I can see, the offer does work as advertised: I put three 'Top tier' new releases in my cart, then around 10 or so items from the list. The Top Tier new releases ended with a 44% discount (the extra 20% for having 2 or more of them in my cart), the eligible items ended at 2.99.

The sale works. You have to pick 3 from the debut new releases. If those items are in your cart, pick from this list to get them for $2.99 each.
