That doesnt quite make sense to me, but maybe someone else will understand what this question/statement means.
Try not setting the oven up so high?
Sorry, but with all the different simulaiton tools scattered throughout DAZ, it's hard to even guess at what this could be. It might help us to know what "copy tool" you're using, and maybe perhaps also let us know what figure(s), any special textures applied, and which simulation you're trying to use, along with the parameters and their values you've got your simulation set to before you start the baking.
Oh, I just remembered: check to see whether there's a 3Delight texture applied to your figure and you're rendering in IRAY (or vice versa)--I do recall I ran into a weird event once where a section of boat decking was coming out pure white, while other sections of the boat were still normal looking. Once it was pointed out to me, running the scene through RSSY's 3Delight to Iray Converter before rendering fixed it right up. I now use that converter, and it's inverse converter depending on my render settings, almost religiously now. Yay for River Soft & SickleYield!
