Just wondering, has anyone else been running 2025 with the 50-series cards? One thing I've run into is some scripts, like the Golden Palace material copy doesn't seem to work properly. Also Measurement Metrics doesn't seem to work properly either.
I think I remember hearing something somewhere vaguely about the nodes being renamed in 2025? Has there been any info going forward with this or is the workflow still for us to do the setups in 4.24, and the rendering in 2025?

Scripts might work in DS 6, but many will require updates.
I have a faint memory of that Meipe shouold have updated the scripts. Have you checked if there is newer versions?
Run the script to aply materials in DS 4, then save the scene and open in DS 2025 for rendering. You can still do CPU renders in DS 4 if you need to do a test, as long as it doesn't need to many passes.
Awesome! Thanks, I'll have to double check. Problem with 3rd Party is they don't autoupdate as easily as Daz content does, and I really don't go to that specific market very often.
Yeah, pretty much what I've been doing. Generally I'll just do the basic character setups in 4 (loading them up with the anatomy, "hero hair" and any other specific thngs that I'll keep on them 99% of the time, then just save as a subset, and do the rest of it in 2025. There are just a few scripts that don't seem to be in the market anymore (can't remember which off the top of my head...dForce Companion I think was one?) so was hoping that DS would be made compatible.
But no biggies. I can get around without. It's the price of progress and being on the bleeding edge, right?
dForce Companion was purchased by Daz and is now a Premier feature, that version has been updated for DS 2025 but is available only to current Premier members
Ah...nerf. LOL! FYI if anyone's looking, if you search the 3rd party store's forum for the vendor, you can find the updates to their product there via dropbox. That works now too, so that eases my workflow of having to flip back and forth between the two versions.
