is it just me or are the coupons for January not working?

I am a Premier member and can't use my coupons. Anyone else have that problem?

    Yes, I am a Premier member also. Free character and tokens are not working for me, so I will not be purchasing anything here today.

    Same. Character coupon not working. Daz Originals coupon not working. Didn’t bother trying the $10 off $25 one.

    Same here, they aren't working.  Well it saved me some money anyway.

    I've made this comment before but it is worth repeating; I have never had a coupon code not work on any other online shopping site, yet it happens frequently on the DAZ site.  This is throwing money away as people will spend less when things don't work properly.

    I guess I have been lucky, I have been here since the beginning of Daz (Zygote) and don't remember coupons not working being a big constant issue. I am Sorry you have had a different experience.

    Since today is a Holiday I don't think it will get fixed till tomorrow. I will spend my money then since one of my favorites (RawArt) has a great sale going on and some fantastic new products that I am looking forward to obtaining! smiley

    Tokens not working for me today. Coupon issues the last few days. I've started to open tickets with Support every time now because it's SO common I figure it's either gross incomptence or fraud. So... time for my now-daily support ticket.

    Moderators are monitoring it: they will check if the problem is happening for everyone (so it's important to be as precise as possible with screenshots of your cart and the links you followed before ending with a possible bug) and decide what's possible to do.

    If it's a problem outside of what they can report, they will say so and suggest opening a ticket, but otherwise, they can report to people in charge of fixing the problems.

    It's likely faster than opening a ticket, because the moderators are organized to be able to have someone monitoring problems even outside of the opening hours of Daz support team.

    I was waiting for the problem to be solved when the cost of the cart jumped from 44.75 to $68.33. Really annoying.

    When the new month rolls around, coupons always seem to take an few hours to kick in. However, I don't think I've ever seen it take this long to resolve.

    To be clear, it never happened here until a year or three ago.  It's a relatively recent development that suggests either too few staff in the web team or someone who needs extra training or simply someone who needs replacing.
