Large area waterline decals

Look at any product with a water stream, even Stonemason's Riverstone Gorge, everybody avoids ground waterlines. Rock shores everywhere. 

I'd like large horizontal scale decals I can slap on the ground for shores, river edges, waterlines in canals in sewers to have: wet look, wet sand, wet earth, wet and mossy walls etc etc. 

(And unrelated, I'd like all decal products to include a hint "the decal will be visible on the opposite end of the blue arrow!" , don't remember how often I tripped across that, KA started providing a tex prev helper items, PAs all take a hint ;) )
