Export to Mixamo with one click?

On the DAZ Studio Premier page, it says you can export a DAZ rig to Mixamo, UE, or Metahumans with one click. Can someone tell me where this is? I thought it might be "Extract Donor Figure" from the Edit -> Figure - Rigging menu, but I'm not sure. While I'm asking, is there a page here that explains how to use all of these Premier features? I think I've figured most of them out by experimenting, but that would certainly help new users. Thanks for any information.

I can't help with your actual question, but I can link you to a tutorial I made about using Extract Donor Figure, for whatever that's worth to you.

  • I found a video from Daz the other month regarding mixamo (might have been in the blog section) and it didn't work because the option they said to go to wasn't there. It was something like clicking export and then there was a setting to change there in the file type there that didn't show up for me even though I had updated the Daz to Blender plugin and Daz, and my premiere membership is up to date as well. So I ended up paying the five bucks (it was on sale, don't know how much it is now) for the mixamo character export thing. Those five bucks were worth me not having the headache of trying to figure it out. It works perfectly.

Is this the Mixamo export thing you mentioned? https://www.daz3d.com/mixamo-rigged-genesis-9-character ;   I have that too, so I'll just use that if it works. Still wondering where all these "one-click" Premier solutions are though, DAZ should at least point users in the right direction. I just recently found the Pose Converter by browsing the various menus to look for any new entries (it works quite well, but I have found 3D Universe's is better for G3-to-G9).

Thanks too Gordig, if I ever need to use a donor figure, I will try to remember your tutorial.
