Will the staff of the Help Center not start working until 2026?

I couldn't get in touch with the staff of the Help Center. I know they are celebrating Christmas. I'm just asking out of curiosity.​I will wait patiently.

    I don't know if they will work at the beginning fo the week - quite possibly - but even if they do they are likely to have a lot of tickets to handle due to the break so I would expect response times to be  longer than usual, at least a little.

    I hope they are working today. Good sale but if I can't use my coupons I will feel somewhat cheated
