The best way to smooth out wrinkles?
I'm trying to smooth a complex deformation between two specific vertices or faces. I've tried using a geometry sculptor, but it's too difficult and always produces stranger shapes.

I don't have geometry sculptur so I have no experience with that.
I would take it into a modeller and create a morph from that.
In geometry sculptur have you tried change radius and see what difference it makes.
Maybe try to show an image of what you are trying to adjust, best in wire texture shaded
