installing victoria 4.2 into poser 13

Trying to install daz victoria 4.2 into a windows11 machine running poser13.  Everything installs, although maybe into the wrong directory, though both the base morphs and the ++ morphs do/will not appear in the parameter window and thus are not usable.   What am I missing, or doing wrong ?  Any advice is most welcome.

    Did you run the 

    /Runtime/Libraries/!DAZ/DzCreateExPFiles-v4

    file from a file browser? That is needed to build the index of installed morphs that the figure file loads - it needs to be redone every time you install or uninstall an ExP product (morph packs and some characters)

    Yes, she needs to be 'activated' offline with the .BAT scripts, the first time you install her. Same for M4. Then they can accept the Morphs++ and other packages.

    If you install with DIM, it initializes them automagically.

    Not my recollection, but of course if you use DS and install everything you will get PowerLoader which will do the job.
