How to put genisis 8 prop in her hand

This is probably a newbe question, but how can I put a prop in a genisis 8 hand? A step by step insruction is needed, I have propblem with dexterity.

If you want to put an item to G8's hand from your Content Library or Smart Content, hold left mouse button to drag the item to G8's hand in Viewport (hover mouse button to the hand node...), don't loose mouse button until you see a pop-up menu, select Parent to G8's hand. (screenshot 1). Then tweak the item's Transforms as needed.

If you want to put an item already in the scene to G8's hand, you click G8's hand firstly in Viewport so as to show its node in Scene pane (screenshot 2). Then drag the item in Scene pane to the hand node so as to Parent the item to the hand (screenshot 3). Then tweak the item's Transforms as needed.

Also, some props are designed to automatically position themselves correctly to the target figure. For example, a drinking glass, or sword or laser pistol, etc., might have been designed to load in the left hand or in the right hand of the intended a Genesis 8 Male figure.  In those cases, no positioning/tweaking is needed.
