Easy Shape Master - Age Control and Body Tuning for Genesis 8 Male doesn't work

Hi guys! I cant make this one product to work properly. I got this one and the female pack, the female pack works easy, just click and it works but the male one doesnt work on either genesis 8 or genesis 8.1

Cant find a way to reach the creator to ask him if maybe the product is bugged. I reinstalled it again and it still doesnt work.

Can somebody help with this?

What does your log say when you click (log in Help > Troubleshooting > View Log)?
