- Is there a way to render a scene with a constant light all across the scene? Something like the Window -> Preview Lights options. 

- Are there some ways to create poses using AI? Something that takes prompts like "Left arm in this way, right hand in that way, etc..."?

A distant light, you could parent its node to the camera (if you are using a camera) so its angle updated as you moved.

Not that I am aware of.
