DAZ Dforce Engine Upgrades

I saw this video on YouTube today, and was wowed by the way it handled a lot of the issues that seem to plague traditional dForce simulation renders:

Kind of wondered if after looking at this, whether it might be something that could be implemented in the dForce physics calculation.

The video description provided this as a github demo:

  • This has been posted before - note how long the simulations are reported to take, mentioned quite a way through.

  • Could it be? Yes. Will someone? Most likey not frown . Looks like it takes 16gb vram just to run, and based on ~1min per frame, you'll need to leave your computer alone for the most part for ~a hour for 60 frame simulation. But things are improving quickly these days so a trimmed done version might be on the way laugh
