Uninstalling V3D HDR Creator

Hello, anyone know an easy way to uninstall the V3D HDR Creator?
I've not had any success with it, and it seems to be causing problems with Daz Studio when rendering without it.

How did you install it? It's a script, not a plug-in, so I am not sure how it could have any effect when not being used.
