DA Note System Deleted and Replaced

I know some of you are on DA. I hope you didn't have anything important in your notes. Some time in the last few days, DA deleted the whole note system and all notes. They replaced it with a Discord-inspired chat board. Of course, it's not really like Discord - It's a cheap, low-rent version of chat on Discord with few capabilities. I personally lost years of discussion and conversation - Thousands of notes!

    The note system seems to have gotten moved, in this update. I can still see my old notes through the link, but cannot reply to them anymore. https://www.deviantart.com/messages/notes

    Oh, the View Legacy notes, thank you for mentioning that. I didn't know about any of this until Torquinox pointed it out, and I have commission notes in those that I need to hold onto.

     Thank you for that! I didn't know the legacy notes were still there. That's actually a relief.

    Sorry, didn't mean to scare you. Yes, DA is DeviantArt and destruction of their notes page is only the latest irritation with that site. But it is still home to a vibrant array of Daz artists, fans, hobbyists and PAs.
