Base Daz3d opens to a white box

As the title says, the base Daz program (NOT Beta or Alpha) opens up into a white box.

Things I have tried;

-Uninstall all daz3d programs+cms

-Delete actions.dsx, customactions.dsx,layout.dsx,menus.dsx,toolbars.dsx from the roaming folder.

White box ? What does it look like ?

You can try loading a saved layout or default layout.

I can't access the program at all. All I get is the program starting and looking like a white box (most likely some sort of alert) when hovered over in the taskbar.
