Nerea hair for G8F https://www.daz3d.com/nerea-hair-for-genesis-8-female-s
Is this a hair that comes free with with DS or something? For I can see I have it installed in DIM but can't find it in my Product Library.

Yes, but that could be for Poser users for example. I also think I I've seen other for-DS-users free hairs sold in the store. But now I realize that's it not a DO hair, so that doesn't make sense.
DIM says that both order date and install date is 2019-07-02, and I do have an order from that day, but the hair is not listed on that.
The order number in DIM also has a completely different format than the order from that day:
My order: 107187945
DIM order: 30215115
Well mystery solved now, it's a hair I've returned but forgotten to uninstall in DIM.
At first that didn't make sense for I really like the hair when I watch the promos, and couldn't magine I would had returned it. But now, when I've render it, I remember why. See screenshot. Issues with the hair parting is a common problem with hairs unfortunately, and I'm rather picky about that. It gets even worse with a 3rd party hair shader (OOTs).
I also have an app which I use to download product data and promos with whenever I purchase something, I can see that I still have the folder for that hair and the downloaded files have the same time stamp as DIM displays as "installed" date.
As for the order number, the hair was purchased when DAZ used Magento for store software. I recall now that that store used two different order numbers for each product, one that was used internally in the database, and a different one which was displayed on orders in the account. It must be the internal order number from back then which is displayed in DIM. Maybe the current store software also uses two different order number formats.
And - the hair is actually listed on an order from the day before. Why DIM says the order is from 2019-07-02 while it actually is from 2019-07-01 I don't know, probably some different time zone thing.
Man, things can be complex sometimes. And I think I better write a script which can check for returned but not uninstalled products now.
