Mesh Grabber

Is there a simple way to determine which assets will "disappear" when the Mesh Grabber tool is selected? I just spent 20 minutes trying to "find" a missing scene asset that I could see in the scene panel and I could see the outline of in the viewport but it was completely invisible because the mesh grabber tool was active. Switched tools and poof the asset appears again. This was an Anilines object. Anything else known to disappear when certain tools are selected?

I'm just grumbling a little. I know.

  • The rules are, as far as I know, the same as for other content creation/modification tools like Geometry editor. GeoGrafts switch off and hiden polygons reappear, interpolated dForce/strand hairs vanish.

    Usually, with Mesh Grabber / Geometry Editor / Node Weight Brush tools activated, only object formed with one single polyline will "disappear". That's just the case of MARSA Anilines which is formed by 1 polyline but 8+  tessellation sides.
