Suggestion for ALL Products!

A customer "support" board topic for ALL of them. Every Vendor and Creator gets one, for every Product they have released!

It's not my first time but this Product:

This product was fixed in the meantime! BUT that does not change the suggestion for All products...

It did only install itself as Genesis 8 below daz originals! I bought it, yeah, because I wanted Genesis 9 to have a santa beard! But where do I find it, if this thing does only install it in 8?!
And just to make it clear... nearly every conversion STILL makes mistakes, so a already bought, converted Product is always the best way to go. I payed for NOT going through buggy steps for that right?

So fix this! (pretty please...)

It makes totally sense to give these products a direct place to go! Right?!
Because how does this Vendor (if it would NOT be that DAZ - is in fact - involved here) EVER get the message OR get it even faster?! (which would be customer friendly...)
It would also have a good outcome for the support itself, because ONE STEP is taken from a cusomer reaching out because of such a situation. Why involve the support to something that has something to do with a person that made a product?! Makes no sense right? So the support would not need to focus on 500.000 messages with the result of an answer like "We contact the vendor, so he fixes it". And also the vendor would just with a direct line get:
"A product I made is broken..."

Win, win win win... on all sites... So why waiting with a real neat feature here?!

It's also a better way to maybe tell people there is a working "new" conversation of a product into a newer one, like I just did with extremly efford for:

So basically there is a working Suit 4:
Genesis 3 Female, 8 Male, 8 Female, and 9 (I assume 8p1 will work too)

So, this creator could get some useful stuff, because I cannot just sell it. He could and could include the different versions in ONE product...
How amazing would that be, right?! Because right now this thing is in .99 $ since nobody wants it, even if it's a beautiful wardrobe! He could make maybe 5 $ with it, since it's old... but still.
The customer would get more options, the vendor gets more money and Daz, yeah, kinda too in the process by saving up money because of less support AND on top a bigger percentage since 0.99 $ and 5 $ is a difference right?!

Just saying... change something in a smart way!
Oh... and don't forget everyone that already has that piece... They would get and update notification in the DIM and would like very much not having to convert stuff AND get more out of this, without investing another cent...

What a beautiful world that would be for everyone... You can already tell... "I'm in christmas mode..."
