Vertices Clothing issues

Helo everyone would like to know if there is a tutorial somewhere how to restore deleted or hide vertices or polygons after applying certain clothing due some outfits are hiding vertices and i dont have a clue how to restore them to show them up.tried with geometry tool but the vertices are hide so cannot select such are and it seems deleted only.

You mean the Geometry Editor? If it is the usual thing, using a geoGraft to hide part of the mesh, that tool would make it temporarily visible for editing. Do you have some examples?
It uses the techniques of Auto-Hide... but unfortunately you have no way to completely remove it in DS ~
