I’m so sick of this… Daz really should fix this

Put together a cart and applied my 4 tokens. Then remembered that there is a gift card sale today. Decided to buy the gift card first. Put the gift card in the cart, emptied everything else and checked out. Stupid gift card purchase wiped out my 4 tokens. Tokens gone, but of course I didn’t get any additional discounts on the gift card.

This should be so simple. If tokens don’t add any additional discounts to the cart, they should automatically be removed. Seriously, how hard is it to put that in place? I actually thought this issue was fixed, but apparently not with gift cards. Lots of good deals today, so please be warned and don’t fall into the same trap I did.

Does anyone know if there’s any chance of getting my tokens back today somehow? It’s Saturday, so I’m thinking even if I put a ticket in, the earliest it will probably be addressed is Monday. Just in time for all the good deals to be gone :-(

Currently, it seems to be that it will auto-remove tokens when your cart price is $0. 

Which in of itself resulted in a different bug for me recently, where I had used tokens to get a cart full of just Daz Originals to $10, applied my $10 DO coupon from Premier... and had then had the cart auto-remove all the tokens because it then saw a $0 cart, despite the fact the tokens were the reason the cart was $0.

Yep, I’ve had that happen when I had the membership, it’s annoying.
