daz popup

never saw this before but I'm getting a popup for daz wanting to look for and connect to any device on my local network

    OMG how many tabs do you have open surprise

    no idea why but your browser must be chewing up your CPU

    That's not that many... :X

    But to stay on topic, I know nothing about a pop up. Hopefully it's not something we all are going to get.

    oh I often have several tabs opened go backwards and forwards with them multitasking

    popup might be related to my antivirus being suspecious of daz happened before wouldn't let me start up studio or dim till I gave it permission and overroad the blocking but not sure if that the case again or some other thing they have in background trying to connect

    I have been getting that type of pop-up from Google Chrome, a local news station's app on my iPad, and I believe You Tube. I have learned to say no. My flatmate accidentally said yes to the Google one just a few days ago and to my shock, my TV changed channels on its own.

    I feel so lucky that our TV is old enough to be internet incapable... I do find it annoying that these days the broadcaster's assumption is that the smallest main TV is 60", so we can't see any screen text on our 26" TV. Hrrumph
