I am not sure it is exist. I am looking for a product I can apply the black fingertips to the character like Witches / Mages.

    I was able to find a lot of hand tattoos on a site called Poser Content.  It is a safe search website.  I looked for "Finger Tattoos" or "Hand Tattoos."  I am not certain which figure that is in your picture, however you can search by generation, such as Genesis 8 Female or Genesis 9.

    I love black fingers and have Hand Salon - Fake Nails and Jewelry | Daz 3D  for Genesis 8 Female.

    You can create something yourself pretty simple. This is a quick crude version.

    felis  Very cool!  Absolutely, this would be fun and quick to do in Photoshop or any photo editing software.

    Use a Character texture you want to use and apply a fun black layer on top.  The ideas are endless :)

    There are many tattoos on Rendo.  Just go to freestuff and do a search!

    Don't forget that a free program called Blacksmith 3D can help you by allowing painting of the texture while on a model. Link Blacksmith 3D. It is accompanied by a wonderful WRITTEN pdf handbook, which means you can READ the information/index and not waste hours faffing about with un-indexed waffle filled video hoping to find the fraction of a second pertinent to what you are doing. Fantastic idea. Maybe DAZ could try it with DS. Regards, Richard

    CB Ella HD for Genesis 9 has a hand/finger option very similar to what you are looking for.
