Help FPE Plushies for Teddy

When I apply the shape for the cat or fox, the hmat updates. But they still look like bears, no tails, round ears. Any ideas? There's nothing in the logs of note:

Comments
The tail is seperate anatomy you need to apply to the figure.
The ears don't apply. They remain round instead of pointed. The Hmats apply. There's nothing in the logs about it.
Hi, there are character presets available for our product, which will set everything up for you:
Alternatively, if the shaping preset isn't working for some reason, you can always select the ears and dial in the Foxxy/Kitty Ears via the Parameters Tab > Adjustments.
