Teeth and Expressions

Why is this happening? It's not just a single product. It's happening with most expressions, and it happens with pose control. What is wrong with my teeth? The included pics are from 3 different expression packs.

The teeth are parented to the head and jaw, and if I move the jaw bone directly, the teeth move correctly.
