Smoking and drinking and the 7 deadly vices

Are there anyway to make Genesis 9 somke?  or drink?  Especially props to show the drinking is an issue.

I know those are not one of the 7 deadly sins.  I think that there is at least one website that deals with lust, but what about the others?

Not all my characters are nice and sweet.  I need bad characters to be bad.  Then there are the antihero who seems to be popular these days.

I would say drinking would fall under Gluttony, and smoking would fall under Sloth. Those are pretty much one of the acts that would be the starting point to things that would lead you to commit, by definition, a particular sin. There are plenty of products in the store that would fit.

Tobacco is a stimulant, and people frequently smoke cigarettes while doing other things (or, in the not-too-distant past, and still in some parts of the world, EVERYTHING). You could argue that cannabis LEADS to sloth, but the act of smoking cannabis is not itself slothful. Neither smoking nor drinking are inherently gluttonous.

If you're looking for bad habits, you might consider gambling as well? I'm not (and wasn't raised) in the Judeo-Christian tradition, so I don't have the sins memorized, nor am I an expert on what it would fall under. But I feel like it would probably fall under something.
