Stacker gift discount issue

I felt like this needed to be addressed after several days of actually checking and testing the stacker feature.
I don't know how it is working right now for others but I know mine just aren't working. I have been stacking gifts as a Premier user for 2 weeks now and I own 25 currently, nearly the max set by the table (26+) and not once did my discount change from the time I started stacking points. My discounts absolutely don't match what is promised to me by the table for any store (Doorbuster for instance) and this is starting to get annoying. I have already tried refreshig, relogging, clearig cache, using another browser, checking in cart instead of page, etc... and nothing so far helped.
It has to be a bug at this point and I'd like it to be solved so that I can finally purchase my items at the right price and discount.

The price I see on the daily sale page do correspond to the line I started with, but I see the expected discount once in the cart (actual cart page, mini cart is not always accurate).
If you don't see the intended discount even in cart you will likely need to open a support ticket.
This is exactly the issue. This is one of the things I tried and the expected discount still didn't apply, hence why I have been thinking there is an issue.
