Decimator won't install

I downloaded and installed Decimator, then noticed it didn't appear in the Daz application. So I looked in Install Manager, and it said the installed file was -1K in size, and also the installed file list was empty. So I tried uninstalling and re-installing, and it wouldn't re-install, I just get the red "retry" button every time. I tried manually downloading the file, and it gave me an .exe file that I don't know what to do with. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

Edit: I managed to re-install it, and now it shows up as a 635 KB file, the installed files list now shows 3 files, but the plugin still doesn't show up in Daz.

Edit 2: Figured out I was supposed to register it with a serial number. Only way to know this was by looking under the installed plugins list. Works fine now.
