Vo Suzu Issue

I was having an issue with the figure I was using. His chest almost seemed dented and his nipples were distorted. I thought my pose was causing this. Or maybe the lighting. I undid a lot of my pose and tried deferent lighting. I wasn't sure I could fix it since the nipples were distorted. So then I checked currently used and I discovered that Vo Suzu Male was dialed in at 100% for both the Body and Head. When I zeroed these sliders, my character was fixed. I have not used this character yet. I have only installed him, so I don't think I could have accidently saved over the default figure. But it looks like Vo Suzu Male is loading with all figures now.

I have submitted a help desk ticket.

I thought there was a thread about reporting products, but the only one I found all seemed to be about sales issues

Any time something isn't working in this way, file a ticket.

Posting here might get you some advice that will help you solve the issue for yourself. But the ticket hopefully gets it fixed in the distributed asset.

Also, posting here gives other users knowledge about the product before they buy.

Click the gear icon on Vo Suzu Male slider, check the value in Default field. If it's 100%, set it to 0%. Then File > Save As  > Support Asset > Save Modified Assets..., uncheck All but just check the line of Vo Suzu Male. Accept.

Reload the figure to check if the issue's gone.
