Requesting permission to redistribute default HDR 'Temple' w/ guide

I did a stream today where I talked about how to visualize HDRIs and where the light source is coming from, and made a guide based on the default HDRI that comes with Studio. Would be OK for me to make this a free download? I do not claim to take credit for the HDRI, I don't care if people know I made the guide, and DAZ may do whatever they want with it it.
Here is a small thumbnail, the original is twice this size. Thanks in advance.

If you can do it in such a way it uses the path to the original it would be ok not redistributing the image
maybe using a LIE overlay?
just my two cents:
this really winds up being a copyright issue.
here's the DAZ EULA--http://www.daz3d.com/eula ...
and here's a snippet from it--

it's very likely that the company will be totally cool with your concept, and support it. but--based on my experience with media companies and copyright law--you probably do want to approach the company more directly and formally, and you probably do need to have legally viable written permission before you redistribute their IP.
copyright holders have to be careful about setting precedents for stuff like this. you can do someone a favor one day, and then have someone entirely different turn up a month later, and say that your failure to enforce copyright in that case has established a precedent...and then things just roll downhill.
good luck!
The default HDRI that comes with DS is a low-resolution, blurred version of one of the HDRI images from Dimension Theory's DAZ Studio Iray HDR Outdoor Environments. I'm not sure if you would need DAZ's permission, or DT's.
However, if you create a transparent png image for distribution, the user could layer the png over any HDRI environment map they own. Permission would become a moot point, as you would only be distributing the image you created.
why I suggested a LIE preset, your tutorial could actually be made a duf scene with it on a plane and instructions etc
When SnowSultan said "guide," I immediately thought of something along the lines of a mini-tutorial... Like a one-two page pdf. But if the idea is to see the markings in the viewport/render, then an LIE preset, like you suggested, would probably be the best way to distribute it.
Ah, I didn't know it originally belonged to DimensionTheory. I'll ask him then, but either way I might just try making a guide without any HDRI in it.
The guide itself isn't all that important, it's the idea of visualizing HDRIs as four quadrants and knowing how to rotate the dome to get the light where you want it that's the key. If you want to watch the tutorial where I attempt to explain this, it's here: https://www.twitch.tv/snowsultan/v/55183872
Thanks for the advice. If DT says it's OK, I'll post it. If not, it's fine since that tutorial will be available anyway.
